@oeshpdog2 - I was trying to guess by the direction the cars appeared to be driving. Wow...I can't begin to place it then.
Without researching and just going on my first guess I am going to say Big Ben.

Capital city outside of the US that has something to do with Eagles... still nothing.
It looks like the part of the building with the light blue box seems to have a statue or something on top. If only I could figure out what those white rectangles that it seems people are crowding around are, I think I could figure it out.

After Kennedy's assassination, the square containing Rathaus Schöneberg was renamed in JFK's memory.
